Microphone / 麦克风
Allow microphone access in iPhone Settings. Use an acoustic guitar or a clean amplified electric guitar, play one note at a time, and keep the phone away from the speaker. Distortion and loud rooms reduce recognition quality.

The string guide uses standard EADGBE tuning and A4 = 440 Hz.
Apple Watch
Install the companion from the Watch app on the paired iPhone. Open Guitar Cue on both devices after pairing or restoring a purchase. The iPhone performs all microphone recognition.

Full Practice Access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited fretboard exams. Use Restore Purchases in Guitar Cue Settings after reinstalling or changing devices. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
